'Light and Dark History' is an open Bible research society that explores truth centered on the Bible.
It also explores the conspiracy of black forces to conquer the world with money and power.

It does not belong to any denomination, nor does it force any particular faith.
We want to find the truth together in the mine of the Bible.
I would like to discuss the Bible passages without criticizing others by specific doctrines or prejudices.
So anyone can participate and express their opinions unless they are unpolite.

2Tim.3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. (kjv)

2Tim.3:16 All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

2Tim.3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

The Bible make me wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
The Bible is a book of God's inspiration, and it makes man perfect through doctrine, rebuke and admonition.
At present, every church has a different claim to salvation, and many members are confused.I learned that it was not so easy to get to heaven with full salvation while studying the Bible.

1Pet.4:18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

* I have 4 principles in studying the Bible:

1. I pursue the truth only in the Bible.

Only based on the content of the Bible, we claim the truth.
We do not interfere with our thoughts that are not related to the Bible, but We are not bound by doctrine or preconception.

Is.34:16 Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.

The Bible is never a book that can not be understood or contradicted.
If there is a problem with the Bible, the answer can be found in the Bible.
We try to put together the contents of the Bible and find the whole truth.

2. I try to understand the Bible literally without thinking it was manipulated or symbolic.

When the Bible comes up with a scientific or rationally difficult part, it is considered a manipulated or symbolic expression
and often attempt to interpret it arbitrarily to suit its will.

2Pet.1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

2Pet.1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake [as they were] moved by the Holy Ghost.

The Bible was written by man, but it was written by the impression of the Holy Spirit, so it was nothing more than God wrote it.
Therefore, there can be no errors or lies in the Bible.
It is scientifically impossible to explain that the 10 miracles that Moses did or that Jesus saved the dead, fixed the leper, and walked on the water
that Jesus did, and that he walked on the water.

Jer.32:27 Behold, I [am] the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

Luke1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.

God, who created all things and all plants and animals in this universe, nothing shall be impossible.
So understanding the Bible from a rational or scientific perspective is a dangerous thing to ignore God's divinity.

3. We do not make a biased argument based on one or two passages of the Bible.

The Bible is difficult because there are many different passages.
So if you do not see the Bible from a whole perspective, but you claim with only one or two phrases, you can get extreme arguments.

Deut.5:32 Ye shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your God hath commanded you: ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.

God wants us to do what God says, and God does not want us to have extreme ideas.
Truth is never extreme or contradictory with the principles and laws that never change.
Therefore, we must review the various passages of the Bible to find out the truth that is not extreme or contradictory.

4. To understand the Bible literally, we can use scientific knowledge, academic knowledge, and historical facts.

Rom.1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

In the past, as science developed, it became hard to believe in God. Nowadays, the more deeply I studied science and medicine, the more I I find the sophisticated reason and law hidden in nature and the human body, and I admire God's skill.
So, in the face of evolution, a new field of creation science that scientifically proves God was created.
So we can use scientific knowledge, academic knowledge, historical facts, and so on to prove and understand the Bible.
