Born again

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Those who have been forgiven of sins by Jesus' grace should be born again.
Nicodemus, came to Jesus at night and admitted that Jesus was the teacher(rabbi) from God.
Jesus then told him that Man could not see the kingdom of God unless he was 'born again'.
Nicodemus understands it flesh and ask that how he could be born again in his mother's belly.

John3:5~6 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

1Pet.3:21 The like figure whereunto [even] baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

Luke12:50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished!

1Pet.3:18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

Jesus says that born again is coming from 'water' and 'holy spirit', and that it is not 'flesh' but 'spirit' that is born again.
Here, 'water' refers to a baptism in which a person is completely submerged in water, which means 'death'.
Baptism that has frustrated Jesus' heart also means death of the cross.
In addition, 'The Holy Spirit' means that the person who died according to God's will survive in the grave with the power of the Holy Spirit, which means 'life'.

Rom.6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Col.2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with [him] through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

When Christians were baptized and submerged, I believe that my old man was crucified and buried with Jesus.
And when he was taken out of the water by the elder, he believed that he was raised from death with Jesus and became a new man conceived by the Holy Spirit.
In other words, my old man(the flesh) who was sinned died by faith in the death of Jesus' cross, and as Jesus resurrected from his grave, my spirit, who died, was born again with the help of the Holy Spirit and became a new man(the spiritual man).

Gen.2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Since Adam and Eve ate the fruit of good and evil, God left Man for sin, our spirit is in a state of sleep without activity, and it is like death in God's point of view.
So the unborn may not be ignorant of the spirit, may not understand the spiritual word, and may  not know presence of his own spirit.
My dead spirit must be alive to be able to communicate with God, to control and rule the body, to fight against sin and evil spirits.

Acts26:18 To open their eyes, [and] to turn [them] from darkness to light, and [from] the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

Acts2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Mark16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

All criminals are under the power of darkness(death, sins, curse, pain, satan, devil, ignorance).
In order to get out of the darkness and enter into the light, you must repent and take the remission of sins.
When I am baptized and united with faith in Jesus' death and resurrection, the evil spirit will leave and the Holy Spirit will come into me and give me grace.

Heb.5:13~14 For every one that useth milk [is] unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, [even] those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

But it is not so easy to be fully reborn.
I have to fight against the instincts of my body and the subjectivity of Satan, and I have to grow my spirit until I achieve the image of Jesus.
It can be said that the whole reborn includes not only 'spiritual birth', but also 'spiritual growth'and 'spiritual completion'.

Acts1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Rebirth is a state that my spirit supervise my body, fight against sins and devil, speak and act according to the impression of the Holy Spirit, and feel the love and companionship of Jesus.
Prior to rebirth, Peter blocked Jesus' path, and denied Jesus three times, but after born again at the Pentecostal, he boldly preached the gospel, raised the sit-in and paralyzed, saved the dead, and was willingly crucified.

John15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

John16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Rom.8:26  Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

The Holy Spiriti is the spiritt of Truth that Father gives us to help us, tells us about Jesus.
The Holy Spirit guides us to the truth, tells us what he has heard from the father, and tells us what will happen.
The Holy Spiriti helps our weakness, and he is eagerly begging our father for us.

1. You must always be in the midst of grace and truth

Eph.3:16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

The Holy Spirit that helps us makes us strong with our ability in spirit.
In order to receive the Holy Spirit, you must always read the Bible, pray, and sing praise as you get a chance, and always live in the grace and truth of God.
I should be always in the middle of the light so the darkness can not break in.

Eph.6:13~18 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Satan and devils hold the power of the world, and they are interfering with us to be saved.
To fight and win, we must wear God¡¯s full armor.
This is to be able to resist the spiritual war and stand without falling
If you go to war without armor and shield, you will be a hedgehog by the enemy arrows.

a) Having your loins girt about with truth (Bible)

John8:31~32 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, [then] are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

The most important thing is to listen to the truth of God, which is the spiritual food.
Knowing the truth, you can become a disciple of Jesus and talk with Jesus in prayer, accompany Jesus, and resemble Jesus.
Knowing the truth, I can be free from the instinct of the body, the fear of death, and the subjectipn of Satan.
Knowing the truth, I does not be deceived by false doctrines, and I can judge right and wrong.

John5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

The Bible is a book that testimony Jesus, the gateway and road to salvation, and contains the truth that brings eternal life.
Since Jesus ordered search the Bible, itis advisable to read the Bible every day.
When you read the Bible, it is a good idea to abandon your prejudices and thoughts, and accept and understand what is written in the Bible.
When I read the Bible, there is a phrase that I greatly enlighten, which is the impression of the Holy Spirit.

b) your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace (Praise)

John14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Our hearts have lost peace, and our minds are not always rested because of the worries of the world.
People in the world smoke to appease their anxious, and rely on alcohol to forget their worries.
But Jesus gives us is a real peace that calms all the anxiety and fear.
If the wind blows, the waves will have to fluctuate, and it is natural that we are afraid in the frail ship.

Matt.8:26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

We
cannot stand up to the great storms of this world.
Only Jesus can stop the wind, keep the waves quiet, and bring peace to our hearts.
The best way to get peace of mind is to listen to or sing hymns or gospels.
Especially, I recommend you to listen to a lot of hymns because the words of hymns are so good.

The hymns are written by the impression of the Holy Spirit, and the words of hymn contain almost all the truth.
Singing hymns or gospels is full of grace, feeling the love of Jesus, and getting spiritual power.
The devils hate hymns so much that my head becomes clear, my heart is filled with joy, and i do not feel evil and obscene.

c) Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit (Pray)

Luke22:40 And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation.

Luke22:32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

Faith plays the same role as a shield that can overcome any test and tribulation.
But the faith that I have with my will is limited, and the whole faith is filled with the grace of the Holy Spirit when begging for prayer.
Prayer should not be formally done with dialogue with God, but with a true heart.
As Jesus taught his disciples, prayer was made up of repentance, gratitude and plea.

1. Repentance is to sincerely repent of your fault and pray for forgiveness to Jesus.

Rev.3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

Rev.2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

If you are reluctant to mind or do something wrong, you must repent to Jesus and restore the right mind and behavior.
Otherwise, Jesus condemns and disciplines us, and moves the candlesticks of our mission.
I must admit that I cannot escape my sins, and ask Jesus for help.
There is no sins that we can not escape with the power of Jesus' cross blood to clean all sins and to expel evil spirits, with the power of the Holy Spirit to burn the sinful heart and to sprout new life,

2. Appreciation is the touched heart of God's love, grace and care.

Ps.100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, [and] into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, [and] bless his name.

Col.3:17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, [do] all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Gratitude is a gift we take when we go to God, and we should give thanks and praise to our father through Jesus.
We can always thank God for giving me life, loving me deeply, and caring for me.
We usually appreciate when we are good but when we are tested or Tribulation, we blame God.
But the difficulty i face with wrong is that God wakes me up and leads me to the right way, and the difficulty i face without wrong is that God experience me and use me bigger.

3. A plea is to beg Jesus to hear our wishes.

Matt.7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Phil.4:6~7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

We often get disappointed when we do not get well even if we pray for what we want.
But God gives wishes in a different way than we thought.
Therefore, if you believe in Jesus, persistently begs, and loyally works, you will find that your wishes have been made.

2. You must fight your soul, your body, and win.

I try to live spiritually to be born again, but my soul and body are the most disliked.
It is normal for the spirit to rule the body, but the spirit is dead, so the body misunderstand that it is the master.
Many people live without even knowing that they have their own spirit.
To revive and grow the dead spirit, you have to fight against evil and lazy bodies with tremendous will.

Rom.8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

characteristics of flesh are stronger than spirituality, we can not control the instincts, desires and habits of the bodyr.
If you live according to the instinct of the body, you may live well in the world, but what you get eventually is sins, death and judgment.
Therefore, my spirit must grow with the help of the Holy Spirit and surrender my soul and body with stronger ability.
Spirit must fight the soul and the body and win the following four things.

a) You have to fight your own stubbornness, your stereotypes.

Everyone has a stubbornness and stereotype, and they live their lives with that philosophy.
It is not easy to abandon such stubbornness and stereotypes that can be called myself.
But if you do not abandon your thoughts, God's holy spirit can not come to you.
When you read the Bible, you can not realize the higher truth unless you have a pure mind without abandoning your stubbornness and ideas.

Rom.8:6 For to be carnally minded [is] death; but to be spiritually minded [is] life and peace.

Ezek.11:19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:

John12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.

The thoughts of the soul and the body, however rational and logical, bring death that has nothing to do with the salvation of my spirit.
Therefore, we must accept the Holy Spirit and remove the stone-hard mind of the body and have a soft heart like flesh.
Just as a seed cannot bear fruit if it falls to the ground and dies, it is necessary to abandon himself(stubbornness, stereotype, greed) and depend on jesus to live forever with new life.

b) You must fight the instincts of the body and win.

1John2:16 For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Eccles.3:19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all [is] vanity.

All the people in this world are pursuing the lust of the body, the lust of the eye, and the pride of life.
Human bodies, like animals, have to live according to instinct and die, and have survival instincts and reproductive instincts.
Survival instinct is an instinct to live without dying, so we always have worry and anxiety in our minds.
Due to our survival instinct, we always worry about eating, worry about accidents, worrying about illness.

Matt.6:33~34 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day [is] the evil thereof.

Jesus said that if we do God's work first, God will fill us with what we need.
No matter how much money you have, you can not take it when you die.
And no matter how hard you try to live healthy and safe, you can not avoid getting old and dying.

1Tim.6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

The desires of the body related to survival instinct include appetite, sleep, possession, and power.
The desire to have more of these things appears as greed to money.
African carnivores also fight and greed to keep their prey alone.
However, excessive greed for matter becomes the source of all evil, and if you can not abandon greed, you will eventually leave your faith and wander.

1Pet.4:3 For the time past of [our] life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:

When the problem of eating and living is solved, the reproductive instinct captures me.
The longing for woman and the indulgence in sex do not leave my head.
A normal man spends most of his leisure time imagining he loves a woman.
Countless crimes and corruption are caused by this reproductive instinct.

Gal.5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

I want to do good things and God's work in my heart, but the body wants to do it in its own instinct.
The body seeks lust against the Holy Spirit, and when the Holy Spirit is full, the body is suppressed, so the body and the Holy Spirit can not be reconciled with each other.

Rom.7:24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

The body is a miserable creature who lives like an animal and is supposed to die of old age and illness.

1Cor.6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

2Tim.2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

Animals find food, hide from enemies, mate, and raise their young, even though they are not taught.
Instinct is a program embedded in subconsciousness for the preservation of the race, and we must admit that we live according to instinct without knowing it.
If I always stay in God's grace and truth, I will find myself no longer dominated by the instincts of the body.

John16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Rom.8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

I cannot fight and win the strong instincts of the flesh.
If I trust Jesus as a savior, Jesus is the man who fought against the world(sins, death, and satan), so the law of the Holy Spirit of Life (truth) in Jesus will liberate me from the Law of Sins and Death (instinct).
But if you can not be born again and stay in the state of your flesh, you can not escape from the sins and instincts that lead to death.

c) You must fight and win the feelings of the body (pleasure).

The emotions of the body are joy, sadness, hatred, anger, doubt, envy, greed, vanity, anxiety, fear, likeness, dislike, comfort, unpleasantness.
People hate fear, but they see horror movies, they hate sad things, but they shed tears while watching sad melodrama.
People hate scary and anxious things, but they scream and ride rides that look very dangerous in the playground.

When we watch TV dramas, they make a very bad villain that can stimulate our hate feelings.
In the advertisement, a beautiful and slim woman and a ugly and fat woman are introduced together to stimulate greed, envy, vanity and shame.
Young people enjoy anger, destructive desire, superiority and sense of accomplishment with violent and cruel electronic games.
The emotions of the body are stimulated and feel a thrilling pleasure, and it is pleasure that wants to be stimulated by emotions.

Eccles.2:1 I said in mine heart, Go to now, I will prove thee with mirth, therefore enjoy pleasure: and, behold, this also [is] vanity.

James5:5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.

The reason why our brains can not tolerate boredom and want to be stimulated constantly is to secrete dopamine, a neurotransmitter.
Dopamine activates the brain and makes it feel good.
Coffee, alcohol, tobacco, and drugs artificially increase dopamine secretion, which makes it feel good, but dopamine secretion depends on drugs and causes various addictions.

Eccles.7:2 [It is] better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that [is] the end of all men; and the living will lay [it] to his heart.

The body is just a tool for spirit and soul like the car we ride, and people live with the body as they are.
If you live only in the pleasure of the body, there is nothing left, and you will feel the futility of life.
In the process of being born again, I have to refrain from exposing my body to pleasure and concentrate on spiritual work.

Ps.16:11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence [is] fulness of joy; at thy right hand [there are] pleasures for evermore.

It is good not to watch TV except news, refrain from drinking and cigarettes, and do not play electronic games or chat.
Because when exposed to pleasure, spiritual work feels uninteresting and does not want to do it.
After being born again, you will enjoy the real joy of coming down from the heaven, not the joy of humiliating and harassing the comedy pro.

Heb.3:12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.

1Tim.5:6 But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.

1John2:5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

If you follow the joy of the world even after being saved, your relationship with God, which has been recovered, will be cut off again.
So Paul the Apostle said that living in pleasure is dead.
The pursuit of world fashion or the pleasure of the body is close to Satan, but away from God.

 d) We must fight and win the laziness of the body.

Prov.24:33~34 [Yet] a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: So shall thy poverty come [as] one that travelleth; and thy want as an armed man.

The body likes to rest, and disliks to work.
So we prefer large and comfortable car, and we choose a wide and comfortable house.
The lazy man's laziness are endless, and rather than working hard, he dreams of a fortune and pursues futile delusions.

Rom.12:11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

The reason why the body is lazy is because the body loses its motivation to act anymore when the problem of eating is solved.
It's like a lion in Africa sleeps for a few days under the shade of a tree after eating its prey.
If the Holy Spirit is together, you can wwake up the lazy body.

3. We should fight and win Satan.

1Pet.5:8~9 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

Satan and the devils are cunning and viciously interfering to prevent us from being born again.
They hide our eyes and ears, and they keep us from realizing the truth.
The demons are acting as God on Earth, doing all kinds of evils, and they are cheating us with all kinds of conspiracy.
Satan and the devils harass and control humans on the condition of our original sin and self-crime.

Eph.4:27 Neither give place to the devil.

We live in the middle of a fierce spiritual battleground between Jesus and Satan.
So our hearts, thoughts and feelings are not stable, and we are always anxious, confused.
The devil digs into me if I show a little carelessness or gap, and puts me in a pit of sins, corruption, and doubt.
When I realized that the thoughts and feelings that suddenly occurred were not mine but the devil gave me, I was so scared and shaken.

Luke22:3 Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.

2Tim.2:26 And [that] they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Judas was also supervised by Satan, and the Jews were mad at thinking that they were doing righteous things when they killed Jesus.
I finally came to the conclusion that I could not believe myself, and I decided that I had to live according to Jesus' will.
If you do God's work without being born again, you will be subject to Satan and work against God.

Luke11:24~26 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out. And when he cometh, he findeth [it] swept and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh [to him] seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last [state] of that man is worse than the first.

1Tim.5:15 For some are already turned aside after Satan.

If we are remissioned, the dirty spirits in us are driven out, and our bodies are like empty houses, so if we are not filled with the Holy Spirit, the evil spirits that have been driven out will bring the more evil spirits back and worsen the state than before.
So a person who has faith and is not born again can not overcome the subject of Satan based on the desire of the body, and becomes worse than the average person, but he will cover his sin with self-righteousness and hypocrisy.

* Satan tests us in next 3 ways, just as Jesus was tested in the wilderness for 40 days when we were about to be born again.

Matt.4:1~2 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.

a) Satan gives us a tribulation.

Matt.4:3~4 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

When Satan ordered the hungry Jesus to make the stone a bread, Jesus said that man can not live only with bread, but should live by listening to God's words.
Jesus had the ability to make a stone bread, but he refused because he become a devil's servant when he fulfill the devil's vain command.
Satan knows what is the weakest thing in human beings, and it makes our minds uneasy about eating problems related to the survival instinct of the body.

John6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.

If you believe and follow Jesus, you may have financial difficulties, and it is possible because Satan holds the sovereignty of this world.
However, there is no food, so even if you starve, you have to live with the determination that you can not miss the word of eternal life.
With the food of this world, man eventually dies, but the word of heaven brings me eternal life.
Peter, the apostle, abandoned everything and followed the Lord, to hear the words of eternal life.

John6:19~21 So when they had rowed about five and twenty or thirty furlongs, they see Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing nigh unto the ship: and they were afraid. But he saith unto them, It is I; be not afraid. Then they willingly received him into the ship: and immediately the ship was at the land whither they went.

No matter how much treasure you have on the ground, it will be worn out over time and the thief will break through and steal it.
But if you do God's will in this world, you will be rewarded forever by the accumulation of treasures that do not rot in the heaven.
People become obsessed with wealth because money can make animal paradise by satisfying the flesh's living instinct, reproductive instinct, pleasure-seeking instinct, and attack instinct(needed when hunting).

1Tim.6:7~8 For we brought nothing into [this] world, [and it is] certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

Heb.13:5 [Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Gal.6:8~9 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

The greed for matter is endless and unsatisfactory, causing many conflicts, crimes.
As we have come to this world with empty hands, we will go with empty hands when we leave the world, so we should be satisfied if we have food and clothes.
The wealth is only enough to eat, and luxury and vanity are all futile, so you should not be obsessed with the property.
The person planted for the body will take rot from the body, but those planted in the Spirit will take eternal life from the Holy Spirit.

b) Satan tests us with the difficulties.

Matt.4:5~7 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in [their] hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

The devil tells jesus to jump down the temple, but Jesus says not to test God.
Satan puts us in a corner with all the difficulties and makes us resent God or desperate.
Someone persecutes believer, illness of the body, and gives depression'
You may wonder why this happens to me when you believe in Jesus, but you can grow up ideally if you overcome this test.

Matt.10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Rev.20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Jesus told us not to fear the devils who kill the body but who do not kill the soul (self), but to fear God who can throw the soul and body into hell.
Satan and the devils are only tormenting our bodies, and they can not do anything about spirit and soul salvation.
Because Satan and the devils are not able to save themselves and are scheduled to be judged at the end and thrown into the fire.

c) Finally, Satan seduces us with matter, power, honor, and pleasure.

Matt.4:8~10 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Satan and the devils shake our minds through the temptation, the highest level, if we do not budge with tribulation and testing.
Satan showed Jesus all the kingdoms of the world and their glory, and said that he would give all this to him if he worshiped him, but Jesus said that he should worship God and serve only Him.
It is true that Satan holds the power of the world, but this world is only a temporary place to be destroyed at the end.

1John2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Prov.4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it [are] the issues of life.

Satan, who holds the power of the world, seduces us with the materials, power, honor, vanity, pleasure, fashion that the soul and the body like.
Satan takes us away from God by suddenly making money, getting promoted, having a lover, or concentrating on the world's fashion or hobby.
But these worldly (physical) things are in vain that will eventually disappear, so we should never be deceived and lose our minds.

4. You have to try to be born again more ideal.

1Cor.15:31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.

2Cor.4:11 For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

Paul confessed that he died every day to abandon the previous wrong and incomplete.
For the sake of complete salvation, we must abandon the bad habits of the old man every day, and add a new person of truth and the Holy Spirit.
It is as if the Israelites who escaped Egypt with God's grace have been tried to become complete as God's man for 40 years in the wilderness.

Jude1:5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not

2Cor.11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

The Israelites experienced the miracles and graces of God, but; while Moses went up to the mountain to receive the Ten Commandments for 40 days, they fell, made a golden calf and worshiped Satan.
If you are relieved of being saved like this, sins happenig, so wake up and be nervous.
Satan always seduces and shakes faith to make sins by using the evil nature of our bodies.

Rev.7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Rev.3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

So the saints who were saved before the great tribulation in the Revelation are those who washed their clothes white with the blood of a young sheep.
We cannot be 100% perfect until we raptured to heaven, so we need a humble attitude to confess our sins and repent every day.

5. 'Forgiven of sins' and 'Born again' are different

There are people who believe that 'Forgiven of sins' is 'born again'
But they are different from eah other.

1Pet.1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Eph.4:22~24 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Phil.1:19 For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,

Gal.5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

1Pet.2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

2Pet.3:18 But grow in grace, and [in] the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him [be] glory both now and for ever. Amen.

It is 'Born again' to take off the old man according to the lust of the body, and to add the holy new man belonging to the spirit, which is to sprout new life with the help of the Holy Spirit and grow in the middle of grace and truth.

Mark7:21~23 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
.

Gal.5:19~21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

The responsibility for sin has been removed by 'Forgiven of sins', but the cause of sins remain.
In other words, there are still causes of sins in my mind: hate, murder, obscenity, filth, deception, , greed, selfishness, envy, jealousy, pride, vanity, anger, desire for destruction, faction, rebellion, doubt, blasphemy, idolatry, mysticism, and so on.
Just as you have to cure the symptoms and causes of the disease, you have to control the consequences and causes of sin when you are saved.

Ps.103:10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

Sins are caused by sin(iniquity).
For example, if you have a heart that hates your friendr and hit him, 'hate' him is sin, and hit him is sins.
So when you repent to God, you must confess both for hating your friend and for beating your friend.
If you do not repent of hating your friend, you will continue to commit similar sins in the future

Rom.8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Rom.7:20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

Rom.6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

It is recorded that you are forgiven from sins, but that you are free from sin.
Sin is the instinct of the body, and the hurt of the past, and the subject of evil spirits.
I can not escape the power of sin by my own power, but only Jesus' words and blood can liberate me from sin.

John8:34~36 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: [but] the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Jesus said that anyone who commit sin is the servant of sin.
A smoker can not quit smoking even though he knows that cigarettes are harmful to his body.
A person addicted to pornography is wandering around looking for pleasure that is not caught all day long.

A man prayed to God to stop smoking for decades in the prayer house.
After the prayer, he came out and smoked a cigarette for the last time, but he could not smoke because of cough.
Now he was not forced to quit smoking, but was freed from his desire to smoke.

Col.1:13~14 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, [even] the forgiveness of sins:

1Pet.4:1~2 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of [his] time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

Sins are washed and forgiven by Jesus' blood, but sin is liberated by Jesus' crucifixion's power of death and the word of life.
When God forgives the sins, he is free from Satan's subjection, but the rebirth(participating in the suffering of Jesus' body) is free from the lust of the body.
